Do You Have Questions?

We Have The Answers!

  • Questions

  • What Is Negligence?

    Answer

In order to file a viable personal injury claim, your injuries must be as a result of another’s negligent actions. Negligence occurs when someone fails to exhibit a reasonable standard of care for the safety of others. Failure to exercise this care may cause the individual to be held liable for damages.

  • How Much Is My Case Worth?

    Answer

Determining the worth of a personal injury claim is heavily dependent upon the severity of the injuries, the identity of the responsible party, the details of the case, and the insurance limits. Dependent upon the unique circumstances of your case, you may be entitled to recover compensation for past/future medical expenses, lost wages, loss of earning capacity, pain, suffering and more.

  • Who Can I Hold Liable For My Catastrophic Injuries?

    Answer

To establish liability, it is vital to contact a personal injury attorney. Multiple parties may be responsible for your injuries. Medical professionals, hospitals, employers, motor vehicle operators, truck drivers or drug manufacturers are generally found responsible for catastrophic injuries. However, you need to seek assistance from a skilled attorney to ensure the liable party is properly identified.

  • Do I Need To Hire A Personal Injury Lawyer?

    Answer

When your financial future is on the line, it is imperative that you secure the representation of a personal injury lawyer. As a result of the serious nature of your case, we strongly advise you against self-representation. Without the support of an experienced legal professional, you will likely decrease your chances of a favorable outcome and you will increase your chances of being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
